Overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast option that you can prepare the night before. This recipe for apple cinnamon overnight oats is perfect for fall and provides a balanced breakfast that will keep you feeling full and satisfied.  

Ingredients:  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 medium apple, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:  

  1. In a mason jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chopped apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir all of the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Close the lid and place the jar in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add additional toppings, such as chopped nuts or a drizzle of almond butter, if desired.
